Important Information About Paying Your Spring Term Fees with Aid

To make sure your financial aid is available to pay your Spring fees:

  1. Accept and approve your award on My Aid Award.
  2. Enroll in classes no later than March 15. You must be enrolled in the Minimum Required Units (MRU) of 6 units. Pell Grant, TEACH Grant, Cal Grant A & B and Cal Grant B Stipend require 12 units for the maximum award.
Note: Financial aid will be credited to your ZotAccount beginning February 15.
  3. Pay any past-due charges you have on your ZotAccount.
  4. After your fees are paid, any remaining financial aid funds will be disbursed to you beginning March 27.
For more information, refer to Paying My Fees and Receiving My Aid under "My To Do List."

If your financial aid will not be available to pay your fees by the deadline, you may make payment arrangements through the PACE Plan.

Remember, it is your responsibility to make sure that your fees are paid by the fee payment deadline. If your fees are not paid by the deadline you will be dropped from your classes.

If you are an entering student and your financial aid award is no longer available on My Aid you should check My Aid Status for documents that are needed.
