Summer Session 2008 - Reminders and Tips
A few reminders about your summer aid:
- If you received a UCI Grant for Summer you must enroll in a minimum of eight (8) units during one session or a combination of Summer I, II or 10-week session. If you don't complete eight units you will be billed for your grant.
- If you received an ACG or SMART for summer you must enroll in a minimum of twelve (12) units during one session or a combination of Summer I, II or 10-week session. If you don't complete twelve units you will be billed for your grant.
- Summer aid will be disbursed on June 23rd. If you are enrolled in Summer Session II only, your aid will be disbursed on August 4th.
Don't miss your emails from financial aid!
Make sure your email doesn't get lost in your spam or junk mail folders. You should set your email to allow email from 'finaidmail@uci.edu'
Our office will communicate with you via email so it's important that you assure you receive (and read) any notices we send.
Looking for Your Financial Aid Notification? Here's when it will be available
In order to receive notification of your financial aid eligibility your file must be complete. Make sure you check your file status by logging into My Aid.
Entering Freshman can expect to be notified beginning in April.
Entering transfer students will start to be notified in mid-April.
Continuing undergraduates will start to receive notification in late-June.
Graduate and TEP students will be notified in August.
Entering College of Medicine students should expect notification in late April.
Continuing College of Medicine students should expect notification in June.
Students in the Merage School of Business will start to be notified in June.
