Eligibility Requirements:

  • High school and college/university students enrolled in an academic program that concludes with a diploma or degree;
  • Legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico;
  • International students with a student visa to attend school in the United States are also eligible to apply;
  • At least 14 years of age.
