Eligibility Requirements:

  • Of Central American or other Latino Heritage;
  • Financial need;
  • 2.5 GPA;
  • History of community involvement;
  • Graduating high school seniors/current undergraduates/current graduate/medical/MPH/MD/dentistry/community college/vocational/trade school students are eligible to apply;
  • Pursuing a degree in Nursing (AND, LVN, LPN, BSN, Master's in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice or RN), Health Degree (Medical School, School of Dentistry or Pharmaceutical School);
  • From the Los Angeles Area (Pico Union, South Los Angeles or Central Los Angeles.
