Award Amount: Each award is for up to $25,000 in maintenance grants and up to $20,000 in tuition support for each year of graduate study supported, a total of as much as $90,000.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Be a New American: (1) Permanent resident or (2) naturalized as a US citizen or (3) both parents are naturalized citizens
  • Have a bachelorís degree
  • Not in third or last year of study
  • Not older than 30 as of November 2011
