Eligibility Requirements:

For more than 50 years, The Foundation of the Pennsylvania Medical Society has proudly served as the 501(c)(3) philanthropic affiliate of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Foundation contributors can fulfill their charitable interests in the medical community by contributing to three core programs.

The Foundation of the Pennsylvania Medical Society sustains the future of medicine in Pennsylvania by providing programs that support medical education, physician health, and excellence in practice. This scholarship is made possible by contributions from Montgomery County Medical Society and physicians.

  • Applicant must be a resident of Montgomery County in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Applicant must be a Pennsylvania resident for at least 12 months prior to registering as a medical student.
  • Applicant must be enrolled full time in an accredited United States medical school.
  • Applicant must be enrolled or entering his/her first year of medical school.
