Chicana/Latina Foundation Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Female of Chicana/Latina heritage;
  • Enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university/community college in one of the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, or Yolo;
  • Lived at least two years in one of the above listed countries at the time of application;
  • Completed 12 units after High School Graduation;
  • 2.5 GPA for Community College/Undergraduate applicants;
  • Graduate students must be enrolled and completing your courses/thesis/dissertation or accepted into a graduate/professional school;
  • 3.0 GPA for Graduate students;
  • Commit to attending the CLF leadership institute;
  • Volunteer 10 hours for CLF;
  • Previous recipients must wait 4 years before reapplying.
