Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be of Chicano / Latino descent;
  • Must be an undocumented student;
  • Must be enrolling for the first time in an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
  • Must demonstrate financial need.
  • Must demonstrate academic potential and promise.
  • Must submit at least one Letter of Recommendation, a personal statement and respond to one of the prompts listed in the application, and high school transcripts.
