Enrollment Requirements

Take the classes, get the assistance.

Your financial aid awards will be processed based on full-time enrollment and your cost of attendance budget components, including the tuition and fees, will be based on full time enrollment. If you enroll in less than full-time, your aid will be adjusted.

  • You are eligible to receive financial aid for courses that are required for your degree program.
  • Credits that do not apply to your specific degree program do not count toward enrollment for financial aid.

Official Part-Time Enrollment

If you are approved by the Registrar’s Office to enroll as part-time status, your financial aid will be revised based on the number of units you are enrolled and the amount of fees you are required to pay.

Changes in Enrollment

Your financial aid is paid based on the number of units in which you are enrolled. At the end of the add/drop period, your financial aid will be reviewed.

Repeated courses

You are allowed to repeat each course in which an F or NP grade was originally earned, as many times as necessary, until the first time you earn a letter grade of C or better, and only the first repeat will apply toward the completed unit count; subsequent repeats will not.

Review the SAP Disclosure for repeated courses.
